Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 50 strategic Food and Beverage sellers across the West Coast, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will grow account-based revenue, serve as the voice of the upmarket seller with product teams, and provide high-level client service while navigating complex projects and negotiations.
Key responsibilities
- Grow account-based revenue through use-case expansion and customized onboarding experiences
- Act as a consultant to high-value restaurant sellers, identifying technical solutions to meet their needs
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams on project execution
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
- Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing a book of business
- Experience in contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
- Strong technical solutioning skills, including requirements gathering
- Restaurant and/or Food & Beverage Technology experience preferred
