Job Summary
Managing key accounts remotely, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will retain existing business and identify expansion opportunities for mid-market clients while maximizing relationships and addressing client satisfaction issues.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the current portfolio to enhance client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Engage clients as their primary touchpoint, leading client renegotiations and profitability analyses
- Review and analyze business trends to identify areas for improvement and promote client development through presentations and relationship building
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Preferred: Associate's Degree or post-secondary education
- Experience with Salesforce.com is strongly desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills
