Job Summary

Managing key accounts remotely, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will retain existing business and identify expansion opportunities for mid-market clients while maximizing relationships and addressing client satisfaction issues.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the current portfolio to enhance client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
  • Engage clients as their primary touchpoint, leading client renegotiations and profitability analyses
  • Review and analyze business trends to identify areas for improvement and promote client development through presentations and relationship building
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Preferred: Associate's Degree or post-secondary education
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is strongly desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills
