Job Summary
Managing key accounts in the pharmaceutical and contract research organization sectors, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will drive technology adoption, develop multi-year account strategies, and engage with stakeholders across R&D and procurement in both North America and EMEA.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the portfolio for assigned pharma and CRO accounts, developing strategies aligned with customer priorities
- Identify expansion opportunities and lead contract negotiations with a partnership-oriented approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide insights that inform product strategy
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or capital equipment sales within pharma, CRO, or biotech
- Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles
- Ability to influence senior leaders in scientific and operational roles
- Excellent negotiation and executive presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degrees preferred
