Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of approximately 50 mid-market sellers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will focus on retaining and growing client relationships through customized onboarding, technical solution identification, and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure client success.
Key responsibilities
- Retain and expand portfolio through use-case and cross-sell opportunities
- Identify and manage the execution of technical solutions to meet customer needs
- Negotiate contracts for client retention and use-case expansion
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of account management or sales experience
- Experience within the retail industry
- Proven project management skills with internal teams
- Contract and pricing negotiation experience with senior stakeholders
- Strong technical solutioning framework and discovery skills
