Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of approximately 50 mid-market sellers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will focus on retaining and growing accounts through customized onboarding, cross-selling opportunities, and project management of technical solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Retain and expand the portfolio by identifying use-case expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Negotiate contracts for use-case expansion and retention while providing exceptional client service
- Act as the voice of the client with product teams, ensuring successful execution of technical solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of account management or sales experience
- Proven track record of over-performance on key metrics
- Experience in the Retail industry
- Strong project management skills with internal teams, including engineering and product
- Experience in contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
