Job Summary

Driving growth and retention for mid-market services accounts, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will maintain relationships with approximately 175 sellers, consult on technology solutions, and advocate for client needs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and maintain relationships across a portfolio of mid-market services sellers, focusing on account expansion and satisfaction
  • Consult with business owners to identify opportunities for payments, business management, and banking tools
  • Negotiate contracts and deliver exceptional client service, ensuring effective resolution of seller issues
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within SaaS or payments
  • Proven success in growing and retaining a book of business with strong performance on key metrics
  • Experience in the services industry is preferred but not required
  • Technical solutioning skills, including requirements gathering and translating customer needs
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts with senior stakeholders
