Job Summary
To support the growth of key accounts, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will cultivate relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while working from the Plano or Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic lead for high-value named accounts to ensure client satisfaction and growth
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Identify and capture upsell opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent markets
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of outside sales experience in wireless technology, including 3+ years in strategic account management
- Demonstrated success in sustaining and expanding key client relationships
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
- Extensive knowledge of networking and wireless markets
- Experience in implementing indirect channel sales models alongside direct sales initiatives
