Job Summary
Managing high-value named accounts, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will cultivate relationships, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic lead for high-value accounts to ensure client satisfaction and growth
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline to meet quarterly and annual sales goals
- Design and execute strategic account plans focused on shared success and measurable customer value
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least eight years of successful outside sales experience in wireless technology
- Minimum of three years in strategic account management or sales leadership
- Proven track record of sustaining and expanding key client relationships
- Extensive experience and knowledge of networking and wireless markets
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
