Job Summary
To cultivate and expand relationships with key accounts, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will serve as the strategic lead for high-value clients, develop a robust sales pipeline, and execute account plans to drive mutual growth within the Plano or Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex Area.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic lead for high-value named accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and growth
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and engage with new stakeholders to drive business growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least eight years of successful outside sales experience in wireless technology
- Minimum three years in strategic account management or sales leadership
- Proven ability to sustain and expand key client relationships
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
- Extensive knowledge of networking and wireless markets
