Job Summary
Driving sustainable sales growth, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will manage customer relationships, analyze business performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategic business plans for CVS.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key customer stakeholders to support account performance and satisfaction
- Analyze business performance and market trends to inform strategies that support sales growth
- Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Category Management to develop and implement business plans
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in consumer health, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related sales environments
- Proficiency with business tools and systems, including Microsoft Office
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for business decisions
- Experience with data or analytics platforms such as IRI is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to leverage digital tools and AI-enabled technologies for data analysis and insights
