Job Summary

Driving sustainable sales growth, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will manage customer relationships, analyze business performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategic business plans for CVS.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key customer stakeholders to support account performance and satisfaction
  • Analyze business performance and market trends to inform strategies that support sales growth
  • Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Category Management to develop and implement business plans
Required qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in consumer health, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related sales environments
  • Proficiency with business tools and systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for business decisions
  • Experience with data or analytics platforms such as IRI is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage digital tools and AI-enabled technologies for data analysis and insights
