Job Summary
Experienced account managers will find a full-time opportunity as a Strategic Account Manager, responsible for accelerating revenue growth through customer engagement and expansion initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Accelerate revenue growth by maximizing expansion within existing customer accounts through a solution-oriented approach
- Develop and maintain senior and executive relationships, managing high-value renewals and expansion across a sizable product portfolio
- Partner with the Sales team on account planning and drive total book of business growth through market analysis and opportunity identification
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success
- 4+ years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS products across a global account footprint
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals in high-revenue customer engagements
- Experience managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles and working with Channel Partners & GSIs
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau for data analysis and opportunity identification
