Job Summary

To drive strategic growth, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will manage relationships with key enterprise accounts, architect multi-product expansion strategies, and facilitate quarterly business reviews to enhance product adoption and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end relationships with 3 to 5 strategic enterprise accounts, acting as the primary touchpoint for account strategy and product launches
  • Design and lead account expansion strategies across the Morpho product suite, setting targets for active loan growth and new product adoption
  • Build and maintain executive sponsor relationships, preparing and running high-stakes account reviews attended by Morpho's CEO
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years managing strategic enterprise accounts in a fintech or infrastructure company, with a proven record of significant account growth
  • Strong executive presence and fluency in financial outcomes, risk management, and governance conversations with senior leaders
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise contracts and regulatory requirements
  • Technical fluency with enterprise systems and blockchain infrastructure
  • Demonstrated success in multi-product expansion with a preference for net dollar retention of 130% or higher
