Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of 5-8 strategic manufacturing customers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will focus on executive relationship management, customer retention, and account expansion in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and value realization
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Identify and develop expansion strategies to increase platform adoption and drive measurable business outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or related customer-facing roles
  • 5+ years of experience within Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Minimum 2+ years supporting manufacturing organizations with an understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
  • Demonstrated success managing large enterprise accounts with annual contract values exceeding $1M
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
