Job Summary
Focused on the Residential sector, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will develop and expand relationships with key customers, drive retention, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clients derive value from the company's solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a defined portfolio of strategic customers to enhance relationships and drive account growth
- Identify expansion opportunities and ensure customer retention through a consultative account management approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer priorities with company capabilities and long-term strategy
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or customer success within business products or services
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the software, SaaS, or real estate industry is preferred
- Proven track record of retaining and growing strategic customer relationships
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and account planning tools
