Job Summary

Maintaining and growing relationships with national retail partners, the full-time salaried Strategic Account Manager will manage account activities, support marketing initiatives, and resolve customer issues while collaborating with field sales and dealers.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and develop business with assigned national or global retail accounts
  • Assist in the development and implementation of retail program guidelines and support consumer promotions
  • Ensure timely resolution of end-consumer issues through collaboration with sales and retail partners
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in account management or sales
  • Expertise in relationship-building, negotiation, and time management
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and customer service principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
