Job Summary
Maintaining and growing relationships with national retail partners, the full-time salaried Strategic Account Manager will manage account activities, support marketing initiatives, and resolve customer issues while collaborating with field sales and dealers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop business with assigned national or global retail accounts
- Assist in the development and implementation of retail program guidelines and support consumer promotions
- Ensure timely resolution of end-consumer issues through collaboration with sales and retail partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in account management or sales
- Expertise in relationship-building, negotiation, and time management
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and customer service principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
