Job Summary
Owning new sales expansion within AMS, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will maintain relationships with AMS customers, identify upsell opportunities, and manage multiple accounts while aligning service offerings to evolving customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand sales within existing AMS customer accounts through upsells and add-ons
- Collaborate with Sales Solution Architects to scope, negotiate, and close deals
- Stay informed on customer needs and organizational changes to effectively align service offerings
Required qualifications
- Previous sales or business development experience in the Workday ecosystem
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing multiple customers
- Experience in strategic planning and account management
- Ability to engage with C-Level executives and across corporate functions
