Job Summary

Owning new sales expansion within AMS, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will maintain relationships with AMS customers, identify upsell opportunities, and manage multiple accounts while aligning service offerings to evolving customer needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and expand sales within existing AMS customer accounts through upsells and add-ons
  • Collaborate with Sales Solution Architects to scope, negotiate, and close deals
  • Stay informed on customer needs and organizational changes to effectively align service offerings
Required qualifications
  • Previous sales or business development experience in the Workday ecosystem
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing multiple customers
  • Experience in strategic planning and account management
  • Ability to engage with C-Level executives and across corporate functions
