Job Summary

To support sales expansion within the AMS sector, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and maintain relationships with customers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage new sales expansions, including upsells and add-ons, within the AMS sector
  • Maintain relationships with AMS customers and collaborate with internal teams to uncover expansion opportunities
  • Attend regional Workday events and stay updated on customer needs through alignment with AMS Client Contacts
Required qualifications
  • Previous sales or business development experience in the Workday ecosystem is essential
  • Proven track record of achieving team sales goals, including opening and closing opportunities
  • Demonstrated account management and strategic planning experience supporting multiple customers
  • Ability to engage effectively with C-Level executives
  • Experience collaborating across corporate functions, including AMS and Executive Leadership
