Job Summary
Managing relationships with the top 150-200 accounts, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will oversee account retention and growth, acting as the primary point of contact and executive advisor while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with high-value accounts and develop project-level knowledge of customer operations
- Proactively engage accounts to identify churn risks and close upsell and renewal opportunities
- Develop and refine account management playbooks while mentoring other account managers
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in managing a book of business with retention and expansion targets in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a pipeline with minimal direction
- Strong executive presence to advise senior stakeholders effectively
- Commercial instincts to identify and close growth opportunities
- Clear and direct communication skills
