Job Summary
Maintaining and growing business with assigned national retail accounts, the full-time salaried Strategic Account Manager will collaborate with field sales and retail partners to maximize sales opportunities while supporting program development and customer service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with national or global retail accounts
- Assist in developing retail program guidelines and support consumer promotions
- Ensure timely resolution of end-consumer issues through collaboration with partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in sales or account management
- Expertise in relationship-building, negotiation, and time management
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
