Job Summary

Maintaining and growing business with assigned national retail accounts, the full-time salaried Strategic Account Manager will collaborate with field sales and retail partners to maximize sales opportunities while supporting program development and customer service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand relationships with national or global retail accounts
  • Assist in developing retail program guidelines and support consumer promotions
  • Ensure timely resolution of end-consumer issues through collaboration with partners
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in sales or account management
  • Expertise in relationship-building, negotiation, and time management
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
