Job Summary
To support a fast-paced Advertising team, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will nurture client relationships, drive account growth, and deliver data-driven insights to maximize campaign impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted lead for assigned accounts, managing strategy, relationship development, and lifecycle planning
- Synthesize campaign data into clear narratives and craft impactful presentations linking performance to business outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and identify upsell opportunities for revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in account management within the advertising or ad tech industry
- Proven track record of client growth, retention, and consultative upselling
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other ad tech tools
- Experience with research tools and ad measurement platforms is a plus
