Job Summary

To support a fast-paced Advertising team, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will nurture client relationships, drive account growth, and deliver data-driven insights to maximize campaign impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the trusted lead for assigned accounts, managing strategy, relationship development, and lifecycle planning
  • Synthesize campaign data into clear narratives and craft impactful presentations linking performance to business outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and identify upsell opportunities for revenue growth
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in account management within the advertising or ad tech industry
  • Proven track record of client growth, retention, and consultative upselling
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other ad tech tools
  • Experience with research tools and ad measurement platforms is a plus
