Job Summary
To support a growing global workforce solution, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will develop sales opportunities through prospecting, manage a territory's account plans, and engage with executive stakeholders to meet revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain account plans to manage territory activity and development
- Create and guide a sales pipeline through strategic outbound activities, identifying new accounts and closing deals
- Forecast revenue numbers for assigned territory to manage sales growth effectively
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales or account management roles focused on commercial and enterprise customers
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and exceed revenue targets
- Experience in consultative, value-based selling and engaging with executive stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and business acumen
- Preferred experience in global employment, HR technology, or related industries
