Job Summary
Managing key enterprise and strategic accounts, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will serve as the primary relationship owner, ensuring exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth and retention in a remote capacity with occasional travel.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies focused on customer retention and revenue growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address concerns proactively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales, preferably in telecommunications or managed services
- Proven success in managing complex customer relationships and driving revenue growth
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
