Job Summary

Managing key enterprise and strategic accounts, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue growth and retention in a remote role with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned strategic customer accounts
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies focused on customer retention and revenue growth
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding through ongoing support
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales, preferably in telecommunications or managed services
  • Proven success in managing complex customer relationships and growing revenue within existing accounts
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
