Job Summary

Managing key enterprise and strategic accounts, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will serve as the primary relationship owner, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue growth and retention in a fully remote role with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies focused on customer retention and revenue growth
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and advocate for customer needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic account management or B2B relationship management, preferably in telecommunications
  • Proven success in managing complex customer relationships and growing revenue within existing accounts
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
