Job Summary

Owning and growing revenue across an established portfolio of customer accounts, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will manage client relationships, drive retention and satisfaction, and identify expansion opportunities to meet annual recurring revenue goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through proactive engagement
  • Own account revenue by delivering consistent performance against ARR and quota targets
  • Build and manage pipeline within accounts by identifying and advancing upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of sales-related experience in a B2B or consultative sales environment
  • Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts and owning ongoing customer outcomes
  • Proven ability to support renewals, retention, and revenue growth
  • Associate degree required (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance
