Job Summary
Delivering post-sales product expertise for BIM, Fab, and Field teams, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will manage implementation processes, demonstrate product capabilities, and resolve technical issues in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop in-depth product knowledge of MSUITE solutions and manage all aspects of the implementation process for assigned accounts
- Communicate the value of products to stakeholders while strategically managing customer expectations and change requests
- Provide technical demonstrations and resolve tier one technical issues, escalating when necessary
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Working knowledge of Autodesk products (Revit, Forge, AutoCAD)
- Familiarity with MEP BIM, Fab, and Field Construction workflows
- Strong customer focus with a proven ability to satisfy internal and external demands
- Experience in technical writing processes is a plus
