Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of high-value dental accounts, the fully remote Strategic Account Manager will drive growth, ensure customer satisfaction through tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key distributor partners, serving as the main point of contact for high-priority accounts
  • Develop customized account strategies to drive sales and identify growth opportunities while ensuring clients achieve maximum value from products and services
  • Lead efforts to expand business with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling, while monitoring account performance and providing regular reports on strategic objectives
Required qualifications
  • Minimum grade 12 education; a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in strategic account management or business development within the dental or healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of dental products, services, and technologies, with the ability to provide expert advice to clients
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
