Job Summary
Owning and growing relationships with large global enterprises, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will manage complex sales cycles, drive net-new growth, and develop multi-year account strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of accountability for strategy and outcomes
- Drive growth, renewals, and expansions across the global compliance platform while aligning with enterprise sales best practices
- Forecast accurately and manage pipeline rigorously, positioning the company as a strategic partner to clients
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably with large global organizations
- Experience with complex, multi-product, multi-stakeholder deals
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to engage confidently with C-suite and VP-level leaders across Finance, Tax, and IT
- Preferred experience in Tax Technology, ERP, Finance, Compliance, or Regulatory SaaS
