Job Summary
Generating new business and managing customer relationships, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager - MI will cultivate key partnerships, develop enterprise strategies, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for large accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and exceed individual sales plans while maintaining strategic partnerships with the Small Package sales team
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts and execute business reviews with decision-makers
- Prepare custom proposals and lead solution presentations while ensuring accurate CRM data maintenance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sales, logistics, or account management required
- Proven track record of building and expanding enterprise-level client relationships required
- Strong understanding of direct mail logistics, USPS regulations, or e-commerce fulfillment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms required
