Job Summary
As a full-time remote Strategic Account Partner, the successful candidate will manage enterprise-wide account plans, drive cross-organizational alignment, and ensure customer success by serving as a trusted advisor and orchestrating internal teams to enhance customer value.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own enterprise-wide account plans aligning Fieldguide's strategic value with customer priorities
- Facilitate executive business reviews and alignment sessions to reinforce value and deepen partnerships
- Orchestrate internal teams to remove blockers and streamline delivery for proactive customer outcomes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise account leadership, program leadership, or customer success strategy
- Proven success in managing complex, multi-threaded customer relationships
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services is a plus
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments
