Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Representative to provide exceptional service to its largest customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform account maintenance calls and execute contract business cases and account plans
  • Drive customer satisfaction by meeting service level, financial objectives, and quality standards
  • Educate key personnel at customer locations and support customer onboarding and product introductions
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in client/customer management
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in preparing, managing, and presenting customer reporting
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, and/or JDE is a plus
