Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Representative for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acts as primary customer contact for daily customer activities
  • Partners with the Sales VP to represent customer goals with internal stakeholders
  • Utilizes data to help customers better understand their business and opportunities with the company
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • 2+ years' experience with client/customer management
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Solid understanding of the medical surgical industry with a comprehensive knowledge of customer service policies, practices and systems preferred
  • Customer facing experience with client procurement and supply chain teams a plus
