Strategic Account Specialist
Job Summary
Providing superior customer service and support, the full-time Strategic Account Specialist will manage day-to-day relationships with MWI's MVH strategic accounts, handling inquiries and resolving issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-volume customer service through phone, email, and fax communications
- Reconcile damaged and lost shipments, including processing returns and credits
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer service background preferred; veterinary clinic experience desirable
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills required, along with proficiency in Word and Outlook
- Ability to manage stressful situations effectively
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on detail and accuracy
