Strategic Account Support Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Support Lead focused on Walmart.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and execution support for the Walmart account, enabling Sales to focus on strategy and growth
• Partner with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve execution issues while monitoring Walmart performance metrics
• Coordinate onboarding of new Walmart items and manage lifecycle activities to ensure compliance with operational expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required
• 5+ years of experience working directly with Walmart as a customer (supplier-side experience required)
• 5+ years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or retail operations
• Demonstrated experience with large national retail customers and complex item setup
• Experience managing Walmart-specific execution metrics preferred
