Strategic Account Support Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Support Lead dedicated to Walmart.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the Walmart account, enabling Sales to focus on strategy and growth
• Coordinate onboarding of new Walmart items and manage lifecycle activities related to item setup and maintenance
• Lead analytical reporting for the Walmart account and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required
• 5+ years of experience working directly with Walmart as a customer
• 5+ years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or retail operations
• Experience managing Walmart-specific execution metrics strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and sales tools preferred
