Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Accounts Team Manager to lead business development and growth efforts in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Strategic Sales Managers and maintain high-level corporate relationships with assigned Strategic Account customers
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve customer share growth targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports on activity, performance against targets, and maintain all field activity in the company CRM portal
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the compressed air business, with at least 5 years in managing high-performance sales teams
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, thermal & power engineering, chemical engineering, business, or equivalent work experience
- Strong technical and commercial acumen to translate product capabilities into customer benefits
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitive analysis
