Job Summary
To support a growing wireless technology practice, the remote Strategic Accounts Manager will manage client relationships, source new sales opportunities, and assist in expanding growth potential for existing customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering, and reports for CRM on all contacts, accounts, and opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing/Sales, or an Associate's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a technical product line, preferably in cellular data communications
- Strong technical product background in IP Networking and Public Wireless Data Technologies
- Proven success in sales, particularly with OEMs, and a history of exceeding sales goals
- Product certification with demonstrable expertise required
