Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Accounts Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for strategic accounts, providing a white-glove experience that enhances retention
- Develop and own the onboarding strategy, defining the post-sale journey and success milestones
- Create onboarding infrastructure, including playbooks and training assets, to enable consistent execution by Onboarding Specialists
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise onboarding or customer success within wealth management or financial services SaaS
- Deep knowledge of RIA, broker-dealer, and private wealth operations and technology adoption
- Proven track record in building or scaling onboarding programs and managing strategic relationships
- Experience mentoring junior team members and developing structured ownership
- Strong strategic thinker with a builder mindset, comfortable in ambiguous environments
