Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Accounts Onboarding Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding for strategic accounts, providing a white-glove experience that enhances retention
  • Develop and own the onboarding strategy, defining the post-sale journey and success milestones
  • Create onboarding infrastructure, including playbooks and training assets, to enable consistent execution by Onboarding Specialists
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise onboarding or customer success within wealth management or financial services SaaS
  • Deep knowledge of RIA, broker-dealer, and private wealth operations and technology adoption
  • Proven track record in building or scaling onboarding programs and managing strategic relationships
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and developing structured ownership
  • Strong strategic thinker with a builder mindset, comfortable in ambiguous environments
