Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Accounts Senior Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Strategic Account book of business, focusing on retention, growth, and overall satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize product roadmap items and maximize product value within Strategic Accounts
  • Analyze sales data, provide insight and recommendations to sales and executive leadership, and monitor sales campaigns
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in complex sales and/or sales operations management
  • Experience in building successful sales teams and utilizing sales tools like Salesforce.com
  • Preferably, experience in the freight industry, particularly within freight brokerages
