Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Accounts Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Strategic Account Managers, including recruiting, hiring, development, and performance management
- Manage relationships with National direct spend clients, associations, and/or GPOs to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve key performance indicators
- Stimulate strategy creation and sustainability to grow new business with existing or new customer relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 5 years of experience in outside sales, government, national, account-selling, and people leadership
- Knowledge of contractual agreements
