Strategic Advising Practice Chief of Staff

Job Summary

An education advocacy group has an open position for a Strategic Advising Practice Chief of Staff.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead staff capacity management for the Strategic Advising practice
• Update dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators during the QBR process
• Coordinate with relevant team members on staffing changes, hiring processes, and management issues

Qualifications Include:

• A track record of problem-solving in collaboration with executive leadership
• Comfort with and experience in using a range of tools for analysis and communication
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated ability to turn high-level ideas into tactical project plans for successful execution.
• An analytical mindset that includes comfort with descriptive data analysis
