Strategic Advisor, Care Delivery
Job Summary
To support the strategic development and execution of diversified care delivery service investments, the full-time Strategic Advisor, Care Delivery will manage governance structures, conduct data analysis for partnership initiatives, and oversee project implementation in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage shared governance structures and facilitate meetings to identify and prioritize strategic partnership initiatives
- Conduct data analysis and research to support business case development for diversified care delivery service growth
- Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives by defining project scope, allocating resources, and monitoring progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in business development, strategic planning, or healthcare operations preferred

- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for decision-making
