Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Strategic Advisor - Conversational AI to work remotely on a part-time basis, focusing on shaping partner strategy, refining messaging, and building executive relationships to accelerate the AI voice support solution for broadband and connected home support.

Key responsibilities

• Shape partner strategy across IVR/CCaaS platforms, systems integrators, and BPOs
• Open executive relationships to facilitate faster partner conversations
• Refine positioning and messaging for effective audience engagement

Required qualifications

• Deep experience in the IVR, contact center, or conversational AI ecosystem
• Strong network and credibility within the conversational AI industry
• Ability to work directly with executive leadership
• Proven track record of building strategic partnerships
• Willingness to commit approximately 4 to 8 hours per month for an initial term of 6 months
