Job Summary
To support capture and business development efforts with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), the remote Strategic Advisor for DOL will provide strategic insights, facilitate stakeholder introductions, and advise leadership on engagement strategies related to data analytics and program integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic insight into DOL's organizational priorities and decision-making processes
- Advise leadership on client engagement strategies specific to data analytics and performance monitoring
- Identify and facilitate introductions with relevant stakeholders during the capture and bid process
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with or supporting DOL, with familiarity with DOL/ETA
- Demonstrated track record of engagement with senior-level DOL personnel and contract leadership
- Existing relationships within DOL/ETA or with current contract implementers in program evaluation
- Prior experience advising capture or proposal teams targeting DOL contracts is preferred
- Strong discretion, professionalism, and integrity in client-facing interactions
