Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Advisor (Retail Grocery).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of business strategic initiatives and software implementation projects
• Collaborate with Solution Advisors to build software and advisory services pipeline within the Grocery industry
• Build and present recommendations to customer leadership, ensuring insights are data-driven and aligned with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Proven industry experience leading business teams within a tier 1 Retail Grocery organization or 10+ years in management consulting with Grocery industry customers
• Strong leadership experience and ability to influence C-Level Executives
• Proven track record of delivering successful strategic initiatives and projects in the Retail Grocery industry
• Strong process modeling skills
• Deep knowledge of the Retail Grocery industry, including market trends and organizational strengths
