Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic AI Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the program's P&L, ensuring quality, timelines, revenue, margin, and budget are met
• Act as the single-threaded owner across stakeholders, aligning and informing all parties involved
• Design and oversee the training data program, translating model needs into task definitions and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 5+ years in a role with end-to-end ownership of outcomes, such as technical program management or management consulting
• Proven experience building projects from scratch in fast-changing environments
• Hands-on experience with SQL, JSON, and Python for data analysis
• ML intuition for training data quality and evaluation design
