Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage consultants through outbound campaigns and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Represent the company at industry events and drive meaningful engagement with consultants and clients
• Manage inbound consultant inquiries and collaborate with internal teams on campaign alignment and feedback

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a client-facing role within benefits consulting or brokerage
• Experience engaging stakeholders through various communication channels
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms for managing outreach
• Strong desire to develop commercial acumen and go-to-market skills
