Job Summary
To support the expansion of strategic partnerships, the remote Manager/Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances will own and grow a portfolio of channel partners, develop partnership strategies, and drive accountability for performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned Strategic Alliance partners, managing onboarding and ongoing engagement
- Own the development and activation of pipeline opportunities, collaborating with internal sales teams to close strategic enterprise opportunities
- Develop measurable activation plans and lead performance reporting and strategic planning sessions with partners
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or channel sales
- Experience working with enterprise healthcare customers, health plans, or benefits consultants
- Proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities through partner channels
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
