Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of the Family Care Strategic Business Plan, the full-time Strategic Business Analysis Leader will manage cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic coherence across various teams while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of the Family Care business unit strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company priorities
- Orchestrate the delivery of the Family Care Strategic Business Plan across near-term and medium-term horizons, translating strategies into actionable priorities
- Analyze market dynamics and internal performance to inform long-term strategy and execution of strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, sales, or finance with strong business acumen
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
- Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to frame key questions and develop actionable work plans
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, capable of generating strategic insights independently
- MBA from a top-tier business school is highly preferred
