Strategic Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Business Analyst to enable clients' digital transformation and enterprise effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify stakeholders and gather requirements
• Facilitate workshops to surface pain points and align on goals, translating them into actionable business requirements
• Produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and create requirements for system integrations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in Trimble (formerly e-Builder)
• 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise or global clients
• Proven ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Google Suite and BI/reporting platforms
• Experience in managing upward and delivering analytical solutions across technology and operational functions
